This Privacy Policy describes how Narae LLC ("we," "us," or "Saturday Mahjong Club") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Saturday Mahjong Club mobile application, the tableos.app website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Saturday Mahjong Club is a software platform operated by Narae LLC, a California limited liability company. The platform helps players discover, register for, and participate in mahjong tournaments nationwide.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
- Tournament participation data — tournaments you register for, teams you join, scores, results, and history.
- Payment information — when you register for a paid tournament, you provide payment details to our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — messages you send us via in-app support or SMS.
We also collect information automatically:
- Device and usage data — device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and how you interact with the Service.
- Location data — approximate location (with your permission) to show you nearby tournaments.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process tournament registrations and payments.
- Send you tournament-related communications (invitations, reminders, registration confirmations, waitlist notifications, results, support replies).
- Match you with teams and tables at tournaments.
- Communicate with you about your account, our Service, and updates.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. SMS / text messaging
When you provide your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from us, including tournament invitations, reminders, registration confirmations, waitlist notifications, and support replies. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically 2-8 messages per tournament you participate in).
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by removing your phone number in app settings, or by deleting your account. Reply HELP for support information. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell phone numbers.
5. How we share your information
We share information in limited circumstances:
- Service providers — companies that perform services on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Cloudflare (hosting), AWS / GCP (infrastructure), and Expo (mobile delivery). These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Tournament organizers — when you register for a tournament, the organizer of that tournament receives your name and registration confirmation so they can seat you and run the event.
- Other players — your name and team affiliation are visible to other players in tournaments you participate in.
- Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain tournament participation history indefinitely for the purpose of player rankings and historical records, unless you request deletion.
7. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Access, update, or correct your account information in app settings.
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request that we delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.

8. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
